This is "Scout" a Belgian Tervuren and the newest addition to Elizabeth's house.  

Scout is one of nine pups and the sixth AKC Champion from that litter. Scout loves herding and has real drive.  He is a lot of dog in the field.  Beth also has hopes for him in Agility.

Elbows - pass (they are done pass/fail)

CERF - clear
