Will O'Wisp Shetland Sheepdogs was started in the early 1980's by Cynthia Webster. Cynthia is located in New Hampshire, but her daughters have spread to Virginia and Michigan. The family runs the gambit from show to performance. Our dogs have obtained Breed, Agility, Rally and Obedience titles and have been Therapy Dogs. But first and foremost, our dogs are companions. Presently, we are working mainly with the boys and breed limitedly. Studding is to approved bitches only. To read a bit more about the individual women of Will O'Wisp:
